YOKO has been working in various disciplines of early childhood care, internationally for over 4 decades working in The Netherland, United Kingdom, Poland and Vietnam. In 2006 she founded SmartKids on the belief that early education of young children/students builds a foundation for their future and that each student is full of potential. With SmartKids she has created an environment that puts each of the student’s needs first and will bring the best out of each student. With her honest approach she is also a valuable source and guide to parents in their early childhood challenges.

YOKO started Early Childhood education with an approach now recognized, expanded and market as IB, has participated in several World Forums on Early Childhood, is a keen golfer and loves cooking.
