We really miss warm and sunny Ho Chi Minh here in snowy Copenhagen!

Mischa has started attending his new pre-school, but he misses his friends from Smartkids and remembers them regularly. He has his first Christmas party this Sunday, so I will forward you his photo.

We would also like to add how impressed we remain with the level of professionalism, care and facilities at Smartkids compared to any European Kindergarden that we have come across with.

Many schools have waiting lists here, but in Leo’s age it’s not that bad yet, so we’re confident we’ll find a nice school for him. Right now he’s going to an interim kindergarten already. The teachers there are really happy with him and told me many times how well developed and well behaved he was, e.g. that he stays seated when having lunch and also after he finished it. Since he’s not that well behaved at home, I’m sure that comes from 2 years Smartkids. He really learned so much there. As I have a look at many other schools now, I realize how lucky we were with Smartkids. Thank you!

It has been over 03 years since Bond's first day at the Smartkids, a child has grown up a smart boy. Undoubtedly, what Bond has achieved today is the teaching of all the teachers in the Smartkids and we highly appreciate that.

After those lovely days, Bond will face new challenges at elementary school and we have found him a friendly environment similar to the Smartkids. He will start at the reception to be ready for the first year of elementary school next year.

We would like to thank all teachers at Smartkids especially Ms. Yoko who has created a very friendly and dynamic Smartkids center.

THANK YOU for so warmly welcoming George to SmartKids, a place that he and we all will forever hold in our hearts as a beautiful, wonderful, nurturing place where George was able to play, laugh, learn, and make great friends and memories.  From New York to all the places we have traveled in the past year around the world, we have seen many schools and consider what you have painstakingly built in Vietnam to be one of the best in the world. Thank you for the hard work, the vision, the labor of love and all the infinite patience and persistence we are sure it took to create from your mind and heart such a beautiful experience and world for children to grow and flourish. George told us yesterday after school that Ms. Hollie is the best teacher he’s ever had, and that he will miss Smartkids very much. We will be on a plane tomorrow to do some traveling in Vietnam, but if our travels take us back to HCMC we will surely be back in touch.

Dear SmartKids,

Smart Kids has been a great place for our 3 kids and niece to have their first experience with pre-school and professional education. Since our eldest daughter started in August 2013, until this moment (our 3 year old youngest daughter is currently in Smart Kids), we have always really admired the very professional, friendly and warm environment. The philosophy of the school fits very well with what we always wish for our children, it should be a place where children 'play to learn and learn to play'. The teachers and teacher assistants are well educated, creative and kind to the kids. This helps to create the safe environment, filled with fun and love, that kids need to really develop themselves. The 3 eldest kids that moved onwards to ISHCMC (International School of Ho Chi Minh City) had a very smooth transition, which shows that they were very well prepared and ahead of many of the other kids in their class.
